Ms. Carter Day 2

What lovely day two of travels.  I arrived to this:

(Way to make a girl feel special!)

This morning woke nice an early wandered down to breakfast which was absolutely delicious at the hotel with the girls. The staff are extremely thoughtful and pleasant to be around.

We then proceeded to catch the shuttle into Abu Dhabi city where I met my new one true love. H&M's.

Like Narnia, beautiful street lamps.

On From there we visited the heritage village park, saw dead goats skin used for carrying milk, with dried balls still intact. Self explanatory see below.

Out front of the heritage park, sandstorm on it's way!

Please note the the lower section....

From there we visited the Marina Mall a massively large shopping centre with Carefour. Just another fav.

We then haggled our way to the central market souks, buying little treasures and leaving with arms full and nails freshly french manicured.

We then meet our global teams, for the public relations conference. They are all so lovely and funny. Had a tour around a brand new million and millions of dollar spectacular Zayed University, two campus one for male one for female.

(Amazing circle library with seats in the shelves!)

The forbidden door. There is generally a guard stationed outside this door, our tour leaders, both female of course have never once been through these doors or stepped foot on the male area. They were both genuinely fearful and apprehensive of myself taking photos of this! Insane cultural differences.

Dinner was fabulous, and I am absolutely shagged and feeling slightly crook. So hitting the bed for another full day tomorrow!

Best moment today bartering with the locals and then walking away with a bargain!
