Tickets- yehaa!

One Direction tickets! Check! That was without a doubt the highlight of my day!

Otherwise it consisted of getting an awkward passport photo, and crossing off everything on my to do list. Now, really all I need to do before Europe is figure out what I'm going to take and download some tunes!

Ahh... Still need to figure out what I'm going to do with myself for a month before uni starts but I don't want to be to much of an organise freak, so I'm going to leave it to chance. Book my flight to Germany from edinburgh and then see where I end up. I love the unexpected!

Well I'm feeling quite crook, so bed and my book calls me!

My answer.

Luke 6:37-43 Judging Others 37 "Do not judge, and you will not be judged; do not condemn, and you will not be condemned; forgive, and you will be forgiven. 38 Give, and it will be given to you: A good measure, pressed down, shaken together, running over, will be poured into your lap. For the measure you use will be the measure you receive." 39 He also told them a parable: "Someone who is blind cannot lead another who is blind, can he? Won't they both fall into a pit? 40 A disciple is not greater than his teacher, but everyone when fully trained will be like his teacher. 41 Why do you see the speck in your brother's eye, but fail to see the beam of wood in your own? 42 How can you say to your brother, 'Brother, let me remove the speck from your eye,' while you yourself don't see the beam in your own? You hypocrite! First remove the beam from your own eye, and then you can see clearly to remove the speck from your brother's eye. 43 "For no good tree bears bad fruit, nor again does a bad tree bear good fruit,

Downies.

Dread. It's funny how one person's decision can impact a multitude of people.

Sometimes I wish life would just swallow me up and spit me out somewhere strange, foreign, somewhere I can forget my life and be another person. Wouldn't that be nice?

List's

I'm a list person.

I like lists. List's keep me organised, they let me know what needs to be done and when. List's are good.

 At the moment. I have:
Get international License
Get new passport photo
Take payslips to bank
Get blood tests
Call doctors
Book flights from Edinburgh to Germany
Buy One direction tickets on Tuesday
Harass my brother
Pray for my travelling friends & family

Not too much, but enough that it seems never ending.

But I like this to do list.

CoUnT dOwN 13...

Golly gee time flies when you're having fun!

Melbourne was fantastic as it always is! Amazing people + Amazing place = Amazing Time!

Well 13 days to go until I fly out. It's crazy. Absolutely crazy. Still so much to do, and so much happening.

At the moment I am simply trying to appreciate what I have and spend time with people who are super important to me! I.e. people i shall soon be leaving for a short while!

Birthday mix mash

Well I feel like I'm in my second home again. Melbourne. I can see myself living here one day. At the moment my time has been spent at the pancake parlour shovelling the yummiest food into my mouth until I feel like its all about it come right back up! But for the moment utter contentment is very fulfilling. Big party tonight which calls for a big celebration!bso, off to a wee little town called Ballarat. Where it will be freezing! Well before I scoot off here's a another small blonde moment.. Sitting with the girls discussing lastest adventures and bakers not to long a go prank phone calls, wait did I say prank I meant drunk abusive and needy phone calls. It turned out this all happened on. Tuesday which was in fact the day before her birthday on Wednesday..... The conversation went a bit like this. "Your birthday's on Saturday isn't it? Day of the party right?" Silence....death glares... 'No, it was Wednesday' 'Well this is awkward, happy birthday then' Seems even when I fly across the country to a persons party I even get their birthday wrong.

The Biggy

Stormy days are God's reminder of all those things we've put off, now have time to get done! Well at least that's what my conscience is saying, as I hear my brother and his three teenage mates stomping around upstairs shocking each other with lazer tag.... Such a great game until you get shocked.

Well my heads a whirlwind of thoughts at the moment...

Finally collating thousands of little bits of bookings and travel notes into one big itinerary, budget... My travel bible....

Whilst then trying not to get to excited that I go to Melbourne on Thursday... Just a few days, but fingers crossed they'll be eventful... Who am I kidding it's going to be flipping amazing one of my best friends 21st and massive catch up with some girls, that if I had sisters I think this is what it would be like!

Then netball tonight, off dominate and become all sweaty and red!

Trying to ignore the thought of work, and then there is the killer storm.

The annual "biggy". With enough power to uproot trees and  blow houses to smitherans. Not our house though- it's too stubborn. Our neighbours house and probably every other house in Bunbury except ours.

The best thing being that another storm, even stronger is due tomorrow eveing. The excitement!

Another little update... Being the fabulous sister that I am attending both of my younger brothers soccer games each saturday afternoon, I had an unsuspected lovely surprise!

Seeing old friends is such a wonderful gift, finding out what they've been up and how much they've grown into a new person! The small joys!

Have a lovely day! x

Speckyyy Day!

What a hellish week but spectacular day! Amongst the down pour of rain, which is truly a foreign object where I live. Annual exams were looking like they were going to kick my butt, but no, i fought through and fingers crossed they're now over and i NEVER EVER have to look at accounting again.

So now, currently dressed in my warmest clothing I am cleaning my absurdly disorganised and messed up bedroom, which I was putting off til 'after exams'... Fun getting everything cleaned out and doing some serious culling, the rooms got to be inspection ready.... My air force buddies will know what I mean :)

So a little celeb gossip that got my excited and depressed!  Miley Cyrus engaged! Yay for her, how ever depressing for every other female in the world, now both the Hemsworth brothers are off the market, shame!  Secondly Kates preggas! Good form!

Well on the travel radar, next week I am off to Melbourne for one of best friends 21st Partayyyy, in the hippest place on Earth Ballarat... So expecttt serious reports on that!

Well ily's for now, off to take back my room!
